Jack Rothweiler has been an ASHI certified inspector since 1996. He performs two to three inspections per day, making this a full time career. Jack has served as COR Representative on the National ASHI level, Secretary for the Local ASHI Chapter of St. Louis, and on the Educational Committee for the St. Louis Annual Conference. He is a current member of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors. Jack has been a presenter for Beyond Housing Educational Seminar.
Steve Armstrong has been inspecting homes since 2000, under the training of Jack Rothweiler. He has made this a full time career, inspecting two to three homes daily. Steve is also ASHI certified.
